The program curriculum covers basic computer science courses as well as special topics such as network security, cryptography, data security, penetration testing and incident response. Students reinforce their theoretical knowledge with practical applications in the laboratory environment. In addition, seminars and conferences are organized regularly to follow current developments in the sector.
Information Security Technology graduates can pursue careers in various fields such as banks, telecommunications companies, public institutions, private sector organizations and cyber security firms. Our graduates can take positions such as network security specialist, cyber security analyst, security consultant, penetration testing specialist and information security manager. They also have the opportunity to establish their own cyber security companies or continue their academic careers.
